Using SAN technology, your colocated or managed servers are connected via our private IP storage backbone to allocated storage maintained in our storage network. Your server then sees this storage just as another disk. Your current servers can have access to terabytes of storage that would be impractical or impossible to configure using directly-attached disks.
Managed Storage - Dedicated Managed NAS
Evocative's new dedicated managed Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices allow single or multiple systems in colocation access to reliable, easy to manage storage. Reduced complexity reduces cost. The system supports multiple filing protocols, including CIFS (Samba/Windows), NFS, AFP, RSYNC, iSCSI and FTP, so it's readily adaptable to almost any environment. The disk array can be configured to meet the redundancy and performance requirements of the task, including RAID levels 0, 1, 10, 5, and 50. Administration is done through a simple web interface.
